Santa Bill, Bill Harper, has been working with children for over 40 years. As a Children’s Pastor, his smile has warmed the hearts of thousands of children as he brings them into the land of the Bible. Santa Bill now uses those same skills to bring the message of Christmas into the hearts and minds of children in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. He has made appearances in private holiday parties, elementary school Christmas parties, Pre-school photo events and posed for pictures at the ZooLights for the past 2 years.
