Dr. Dave Bell, a retired federal employee, grew up on a farm in Missouri, taught graduate and undergraduate school, mentored at inner-city schools, and was active in many organizations. Dave earned a Bachelor of Science, masters both in Management Information Systems & in Business Administration, and doctorates in both Information Science & Organizational Leadership. Dave has been married for 36 years to his best friend, Dr. Dianne Bell. They have two children and two grandchildren.
